There are a LOT of different models and colors to choose which I liked very much. Also a lot of fonts and smileys you could engrave onto the cap which is even better! I was sad I couldn’t afford the smart bottle so I hope this review will get me one!! :D The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t an obvious disclaimer for how long it would take for the bottle to be ready for shipping. I didn’t know how much time you need to engrave the text and the bottle was a gift so I think that would be really helpfull. Overall great experience ordering and great product!

Definitely recommended product

I ordered one of the beautiful lightweight bottles. I was impressed by the basic but still charming designs of the bottles. And the possibility of getting a personalized writing on your bottle's lid made me super happy. I was not sure about one detail of the product and Emma from Equa Team helped me a lot to get an answer with patience. My experience is 10/10 and will recommend definitely to anyone.

It looks great

The engraving looks great, it's a great color and it matches the bottle perfectly. But the bottle arrived with an error in the engraving, which was a bit disappointing, more so because it was a gift. But the customer service resolved the issue quickly and kindly, so I received the replacement cap really soon. :-)
