Kupila sem termo loncek in pokrovcek se ne odpre. Pisem privat sporocila in nihce ne odgovori. To res ni ok.

I had issues with the cup from the begining, customer service was bad!!! Anyway the cup does not keep the drink warm and it broke so i can not open the drinking lid anymore. Also its leaking???
